It's dusty, and dirty, just a little bit of minor surface rust. It's marked Dodge Dart, look the radio over and be sure it will fit your application, the chrome is tarnished, but I don't see any heavy pitting, see photos, the needle is moving, the one remaining knob turns,has face plate. This was pulled out of a wreck sometime in the late 1960's and stored away in heated storage.

It is not tested, I have no idea if it will work after so many years on a shelf.
