The correct original and hard to find Chevrolet Corvette brushed stainless black outer knobs are included also in super mint condition.

All of the buttons have a deep rich black color with no scratches, cracks, or fading.

Cosmetically the stereo is in super mint condition, as it looks close to new and can be easily installed into a show or museum car. This original delco gm stereo is 100 factory correct for the Chevrolet Corvette, including 1978 25th silver anniversary, Indy pace car, and 1982 collectors edition. Although not correct for the following years, it can be installed and will fit perfectly look stock in dash opening of a Hurst old's, Oldsmobile cutlass 442, Chevrolet Monte Carlo, el amino, Malibu, Chevalier, 1977 Camry Corvette as well.

I have tested the radio and it works very well by picking up many stations on both fm am frequencies. However you can easily use your old knobs or buy new used if so desired to match the factory appearance in model.

All other gm cars and trucks at the time used a brushed stainless surround chrome push buttons slider switch, which makes this radio model very hard to find in any condition today. The dial glows brightly and evenly in a greenish color for night illumination, with original light bulb still working perfectly just see picture of radio illuminated dark. This radio will also fit into many other gm cars trucks from the late 1970s throughout 1980as well.
