The tape inserts and ejects nicely. The loudness controls also works perfectly and gives radio an extra boost in sound when used with 5-band equalizer. Cosmetically the stereo is in super mint condition, as it looks close to new and can be easily installed into a show or museum car.

This radio needs to be connected either an 8 or 10 ohm speaker on each output, a total of ohms using two components such as tweeter and mid range, etc. All of the gray buttons have an excellent color with no chips, marks, fading, or scratches. I had the clock hooked up for a couple of hours, and it kept perfect time having an original factory radio installed will not only rise value car, but also score extra points when being judged at show.

All four speaker channel outputs produce clear and strong sound output with no outside noise or distortion. The original decal tag is still attached to top of radio chassis, and looks nearly perfect. The scan feature will do it automatically, staying on each station for five seconds before moving to next. This radio will also fit and work perfectly into many other gm cars trucks from throughout the 1990that use newer smaller electrical harness plug connectors in back of. The correct original all gray outer and inner knobs are included also in super mint condition for a similar fee, I can completely restore your factory delco gm radio back to 100 working as well.

The tapes play very clear with no sound distortions or garble. The seek feature allows radio to pick next best received station without turning knob. I have tested the radio and it works very well by picking up many stations on both fm am frequencies.

This allows you to fine tune the sound your satisfaction. Despite this, the radio overall still presents itself beautifully. The vacuum fluorescent digital readout is in excellent working condition, with no parts of characters numerals are burned out or dull, and have a very nice light greenish color to them.

The tape door is also in super mint condition with no scratches or wear. The cassette tape player also works perfectly. The two original belts are still very tight and pliable to give you years of future usage.

The 5-band equalizer also work 100 correctly and slide easily.
