The original decal tags are still attached to top and bottom of radio chassis, both look nearly perfect. The scan feature will do it automatically, staying on each station for five seconds before moving to next. The stereo is also equipped with a digital clock that displays when key turned on and radio off, or after five seconds tuning in station. The seek feature allows radio to pick next best received station without turning knob.

I tested the player with several official retail album disks, as well homemade cd-r and they all played extremely. Cosmetically the stereo is in near perfect condition, as it looks brand new, and can be easily installed into a show or museum car. There are five brand new illumination light bulbs that were recently installed, and up the entire face plate in a greenish color brightly evenly. The fast forward and reverse functions also work very well by advancing or backward current song being played.

There are many new surface mount capacitors that were installed on the cd players logic board, and laser was thoroughly cleaned to give you years of future usage. This radio will also work with a factory power antenna if the vehicle is so equipped.

The face plate is also in super mint condition as it has a very nice black matte finish with no scratches or fading. The power button also illuminates in a yellow orange color just as brightly well.

The factory gm part for this radio is, which superseded originals of vacuum florescent digital readout in excellent working condition, with no parts characters numerals are burned out or dull, and have a very nice light blueish color to them. The digital display lens cover is clear with no scratches or fading. The stereo also has seek scan features built in. This radio will also work with the factory steering wheel controls as well.

When the stereo receives a fm broadcast, st indicator lights up brightly in light blueish color. The correct Oldsmobile silhouette top dash mounting bracket is also included and currently installed onto this radio for correctly into dashboard, however can be easily removed if to a different style.
