This nos control head is complete with beautifully new chromed face plate, knobs and mounting hardware as pictured. If you would like to use this as the car's original option radio most car radios then were dealer installed after the model was chosen by the new car owner there are varieties of matching motorola radio boxes and cables available from many sources such as and the likes.

That has meant the most of the matching radio consoles were a little more modern and have been found to be quite easier to restore the console to make these into a really great working radio, perfectly matched and accessory to the original cars these were manufactured for.

Fairly certain not a fit for 1949 or I have found with these aftermarket control heads, that they were often used with radio consoles made after the year of the applicable automobile. This radio control head PD151A by gasket engineering company, inc.
