I didn't check it because I wan sure about the wiring I didn't want to burn it up. According the part number 6a d5aa 19a241 AA see the last picture. It came out of a 75 Ford car but I m pretty sure it will fit trucks too.

It is in good shape all the knobs work all the buttons work one of the back buttons has a small crack in it. The shafts are inches to the face plate is by 3 inches.
