I have tested the radio and it works very well as it picks up many stations on both the fm am frequencies. It also was installed in the Pontiac trans am. This unit was a special order system and one of the more expensive stereos offered in 80's model Corvettes, including the 82 special edition Corvettes.

It is simple economics, I can't sell these items to you and operate in a deficit.

The metal case is also in nice condition with no corrosion issues. I am a retired 25 year USAF aircraft maintenance superintendent and enjoy this as a hobby in my spare time rather than a business. The face measurements are shaft to shaft, the face as viewed thought opening of a dash panel is wide, and 2 high. This radio was removed from a Chevrolet.

This stereo system can be installed in the 1978 to 1985 Monte Carlo ss, el amino, Buick regal type, 1979 and 1983 Hurst old's and 78 and 82 cutlass supreme, and Camaro z28, and 1973 to 1987 Chevy and GMC pickups, blazers, and suburban. It was assigned gm PRO code un5, and was a it is your money, and I do not just toss them in a box and call it good enough. The chrome push button switches have super chrome quality with no pitting, scratching, or peeling of the chrome. This is a 35 year old item and sold as is.

The radio was checked and the digital display worked, the clock was accurate, and the am fm and cassette sounded great. These older digital delco gm stereos are very hard to find.

It may fit other 70's 80's gm applications.
