I am pretty sure it is brand new. I got this in a storage offer. Model 20C400. You Will have to figure out if it fits your car.
Not 100 sure the age of it. The knobs are still in package. It is a am fm-mpx stereo 8 track player. I don't know enough about them.
The wires look like they were never hooked up. What you see, is get.
