It may just be a dash filler radio for use with hidden modern system. This is a used and untested radio taken out of 1980 Fiat spider. Also, as you can see in the pictures, knob is missing on one side and piece that sits behind other.

I haven't tested, so don't know if it works or not. This was the Sonata dealer option radio. The needle does move with knob and will also push buttons.
