The part number on the side of the radio reads 4tb0. Tested and works as far as power, lights and buttons knobs. Has the mounting bracket on the back still attached.
Does have some minor pitting on the chrome bezel. Case has some light surface rust. Used oem am radio out of a 1964 Ford Fairlane all wires are in good usable condition with plugs still attached.
Glass is good and not cracked. I did not have an antenna so all we got for sound was static.
