I would not be surprised if the radio worked. The wiring is in rough shape but complete with all connectors. I was cleaning out a garage that has not been opened since the paper cone does seem damaged. The speaker looks complete with grill.

The finish of both tube and head unit is in pretty good shape could clean up well. The inside of tube unit seems relatively clean. I have an old Willy's wagon and the radio in it was a lot rougher shape but worked. This Motorola seems complete including the head unit 2 tube radio and speaker.
