Otherwise, this radio is in really nice condition for being 66 years old. I do not have a speaker, so it has not been tested. From the land of sky blue water.

The date code stamped inside the radio reads Aug. It is being sold as is.

The wires need to be replaced they are frayed and brittle from age. There are only small imperfections on the knobs. The ivory bakelite knobs are in very good condition and move freely.

All chrome is very shiny. This is a complete radio from the collection of a gentleman who repaired vintage radios.

The chrome bezel plate across the front and around the dial is very shiny, with only very faint pepper spray pitting on the top looking down from above. And, the bakelite buttons move the dial quickly. Up for your consideration is a rare 1948 Motorola auto radio, chassis 8a.

There are some imperfections on the edges of several buttons.
