The chrome bezel has a bright nice shine and the original knobs are in good shape with no pitting on the chrome and a crack in the plastic disc behind the tuning knob. This is the deluxe model featuring the side plug for the optional foot control switch should you choose to add one at some point. The radio plays and functions, as it should including the station presets, station selections and manual tuning. Servicing included cleaning and lubrication of all mechanical parts, replacement of all capacitors except mica's, tested tubes, an excellent working vibrator, RF alignment, the excellent original metal fuse holder with new fuse and new exact reproduction dial art behind the new clear plastic lenses.

The original dial art on these radios either deteriorates or yellows over the years.

The radio is original 6 volt positive ground. The plastic is not loose and does not affect the knobs' function. Be sure to look at the pictures for a better view of the very nice cosmetics.

The adjust o mastic feature responds crisply like new. This is a very nice Ford and Mercury radio manufactured by Zenith model 6mf 780Z. A copy of the installation instructions is also included for your convenience.

The station indicator drum is in excellent condition.
