Model knob does move dial needle between 5. I never attempted to check the electrical function since purchasing this radio years ago for a car I was planning to have but never purchased. Missing screws for top and bottom plates have been replaced. I will supply with the radio the eight page xerox of gm Delco service bulletin service instructions for and dated Jan 1st and 16 but there is a lot of slippage linkage needs lubrication.

I will assume about 4. Note that all wires are uncut except for what I assume is the ground wire. I have been told that getting old radios to function as new again is just a matter of replacing the capacitors.
