It is a one year only model that correct for 1968 Gto, tempest, and Lemans. Theres about a 3 inch section where the insulation has come off. It works on am and fm, the front rear speaker channels, but if you move cable that connects radio while is playing, sometimes sound cuts out.
The outer insulation on cable that connects remote stereo to radio has gotten very hard and doesn't bend as it should.
Here to watch video if you're on a smart phone, or it doesn't come up below. The knobs are included, and so nuts that go on shafts hold radio into front of dash. I'm selling this radio as-is as a non-working radio, needing some repairs to work properly. The does not have mounting bracket that's needed to mount it above glove box, I think.
This is an original Delco 1968 Pontiac Gto am-fm two piece stereo radio. I'm guessing that somethings not making a good connection.
If you are outside the us. I've bench tested this radio, and it works, but has some problems.
Sorry, but due to past problems with the us. A little bit of the chrome has come off 3rd and 4th push buttons, otherwise this is pretty good looking radio.
In addition, the little red stereo light of fm dial that's supposed to up when radio is tuned a station doesn't work. They do look similar from the front, but big car radios have finned heat sink on left side, and Gto it in back, therefore won't fit inside dash. The remote is not original one for this radio, but very similar.
But have a us. I will guarantee it to be received as described. And foreign post offices, absolutely no shipping outside the USA.
