It's dusty, and dirty, just a little bit of minor surface rust. It is not tested, I have no idea if it will work after so many years on a shelf. Early to mid 1960's Chevy radio, old enough to still have the Conrad markings on the dial, check the part numbers, look the radio over and be sure it will fit your application, see photos, the needle is moving, the knob turns.

This was pulled out of a wreck sometime in the 1960's and stored, one knob is missing.
