I bench tested the radio with 12 volts and it show continuity but will not power on and no back light. For offer is a used original Delco car radio from the volume bar moves freely and the tuner knob is a bit rough when moving but does move the needle on the dial face. The dial face looks good.

Missing both knobs as well as cover. However it would need work to be used anyhow and is a great item for a project or parts. This is a used item, however it is in good shape for as old as it is. It was originally used for the 1959 Chevrolet Impala bel air biscayne line but may work in others.
