Here is a posting from the vintage Chevrolet club of America web site. I think this could be a mono radio, not stereo. Of course this radio would retrofit back to 1967 and looked like it was born in any truck from that had one installed.

Nos slide bar radio here is a super rare find - factory sealed slidebar am fm in the original packaging. The fact that this is a factory shrink wrapped part mean once buyer opens package, I can't accept return. These radios had a horizontal slide bar that allowed you to shift from am fm. How many more nos Gm sidebars are out the for your vintage Chevy truck.

I think it is reasonable to assume the radio in working condition but of course can't guarantee. As you can see, the radio and mounting hardware are factory shrink wrapped unopened.

The 1st am fm truck radio was in 1972, I had a 1972 Cheyenne super that ordered out new with factory installed mono radio, this also available as dealer accessory part number note all of radios period 6 digit not 7. This is probably oversized and shipping maybe high. A far as the vehicle this radio fits, I can only go by part number printed on box and posting above from vac. I'll try to answer any questions but I am no expert.

The Gm part number is anyway, this a very unusual find.
