The rear seat speaker fader is gm part, no box with the fader unit, I purchased this along with a group of other nos parts, for use with original factory Delco am or am fm radios without the multiplex unit, also included is a used factory wire harness that plugs into the radio and fader switch, one wire was repaired and the front and rear speaker wires are cut off but can easily be added on to reach to the speakers.
