This item comes from a very clean non-smoking home. A very nice example of an original.
The Fomoco brand and part cisf a are on reverse side which shows some age staining but Hans't been cleaned up. I will do my best to answer them.
This is the radio face plate from my 1961 Ford Thunderbird 2 door hardtop which I sold a number of years ago. Radio dial numbers are nice and clear without damage.
Please see photos, but in much better condition than most originals. The chrome is mildly pitted.
