This is an 8 track cartridge that am tuner you just plug it into the matching Panasonic tape deck and can play on. It looks like new the case is dirty from laying around I do not have tape deck to match this so can't test. I have never seen another one it is sold as. Be cool to just lay on the seat in a car show.
