Radio has a new finish on the cabinet for looks and protection. Very nice restored 1937 Ford ash tray radio fresh original 6 volts the radio is a correct philco model f 1442 for the 1937 Ford closed cars, and it has been restored. A very clean radio inside and outside before restored, no rust ever, nice chip free Bakelite tone control knob and the tone control works as it should as well complete ready to install less antenna, included is the radio box, dash dial head with cables and original back bracket, holds the dial in the dash, with wing nuts, speaker with under dash box, and the hard to find nice original speaker wire harness with correct plug and length . A very nice example of this model radio.

This radio receives stations with a good sound and good volume like it should. Service included all new capacitors, alignment, large vibrator tested. Hard to find this complete correct and in this condition.

The radio works and plays fine. A working radio ready to install into your 1937 closed Ford car.
