Two black wires do not have the terminals. This unit has not been tested so working status has not been determined. Pin plug is intact and the blue wire has its end.

It may very well work but its history is not determined and I don't have the setup to bench test. On off switch Bendix part F3TBS has the debased Tu NE r b I reface plate c1sf a looks like fully serviced units are going for. Has the bendix sticker on the back.

Push buttons are sluggish and the manual dial is slipping.
