Details:

The brush guard kept branches that the Jeep brushed up against from tearing the bracket off of the Jeep and the two ft 429 brackets mounted on the opposite side of the body and the mp 50 bolts would pass thru these like washers to distribute the weight so the mast base and antenna would tear out of the side of the Jeep from the weight of it all.

The last photo shows an mp 50 and ft 422 mounted on a WWII Jeep. I try to pack things as best I can, and if I feel I was amiss on that I will gladly work with somebody. I will not charge or pad my offer with handling charges. Spock there had bothered to look at the optional shipping he would have seen it could have been shipped three times cheaper via parcel post.

The two ft 429's would be on the other side of the body and not visible in that photo. I won't use handling charges unless a buyer requests special services. Sometimes I forget people value boxes and packaging and I can feel their pain so if I feel I didn't package something good enough I am more than happy to work with someone.

I have had more than one person tell me they wanted some money back for damage they wouldn't prove. That has been suggested by a couple of people. I never deliberately try to increase profit by boosting postage.
