Review GM Good Oldsmobile Radio fits CUTLASS F85 1970–1972

The 7935003 F85 Oldsmobile Cutlass radio from 1971 is a vintage piece of automotive technology that will add a touch of nostalgia to any classic car restoration project or collector's display. This AM/FM stereo radio features a sleek black faceplate with silver accents, measuring approximately 7 inches wide by 3 inches tall, making it a perfect fit for the dashboard of a 1971 Oldsmobile Cutlass.

The radio is equipped with two speakers, each featuring a 3-inch diameter cone for crisp, clear sound. The AM/FM tuner allows you to listen to your favorite stations from the 1970s and 1980s, while the stereo feature allows you to connect an external audio source for even more listening options. The radio also includes a volume control knob and a tuning dial for easy adjustment.

This radio is compatible with the 1970 23APB2 radio harness, making installation a breeze for those who are familiar with car electronics. However, it may require some modifications for newer vehicles or those with different wiring configurations. It is recommended to consult with a professional installer or an experienced mechanic before attempting installation.

The 7935003 F85 Oldsmobile Cutlass radio is a high-quality, factory-original component that will add authenticity to any 1971 Oldsmobile Cutlass restoration project. Its classic design and reliable performance make it a great choice for car enthusiasts who appreciate the look and sound of vintage automotive technology. Whether you're restoring a classic car or simply looking to add some vintage flair to your collection, this radio is a must-have.

Details:

At a minimum a great hole filler if you are running a custom audio system elsewhere. It becomes a problem for us both if you don't.

I can tell you it's good in appearance and usually these old radios were fine, merely replaced with aftermarket radios. Don't pass this deal.

We'd rather have that then the issues that could come from saying an electronic part works. Before buying.

These units typically work in a variety of model's so other years and model's may apply. A great hard to find part. Hello friends.

And that's OK. Much safer and quicker handling by USPS.

The face looks good as do the buttons. The chrome surround is in good condition. When we decided to offer radios we made a decision to not claim that any radio worked. I rate this piece a 3 in appearance, on a scale of 1/5 with 5 as the high based on age rarity and condition.

However, look to make sure it is right for your application.

Our thought was even if the radio played on the bench it might not play the following day. If you bid please pay. We did this for a number of reasons.

The face is roughly 4 x at the smaller rectangle. Thousands of parts, hundreds of vendors, and none of these. It just seemed the safest way to go with most of the radios ranging from years old.

Here's the thing.

And we combine shipping and handling whee multiple items are purchased. Just a quick note. This stuff is getting harder and harder to find.
