It does have some minor paint chips on it, but nothing by far on current sales of this same exact model, and this one start offer sold half those prices are. I do have other cables commo access. I have not got any use for it, looking for one here is one fully intact, looks pretty fairly good for its age, should operate, see no reason it wont. Cap end use covers are even still with it as shown.

Terminal connectors are all there none burnt or the like. Nothing is missing from it. This sale is for a Military Interconnecting Box, it is fully intact looks very well for its age.

I did not test it, however I have no doubt that it does not work, and I have no set up here to test it correctly.
