Review KENWOOD Cassette Radio Speaker Work Great Corrosion fits CORVETTE 1958–1962
This is a great opportunity to get radio with an old school cassette player that works and looks as if it brand new. This listing is for a Kenwood krc-7000 radio cassette, matching speaker and complete wire harness. Both wires have the correct connectors. There is no broken plastic or dented parts and the control knobs have corrosion scratches.
The radio has ability to run 4 speakers but in Corvette both front wires are connected same furnished speaker. The sound is absolutely clear and loud. There is a yellow and red wire that go to hot sources as one all the time run clock other sourced from ignition switch.
All these parts are flawless and have been bench tested everything works great including the cassette player clock. All these parts were removed from the same 1961 Corvette a few months ago. The radio cannot be told from new as there is zero corrosion and none was removed for listing.
The wire harness is perfect, no brittle wires, missing connectors, and cut or added wires. This is very easy to install as the speaker wires and ground are factory labeled. I have included one cassette for your use and radio tryout.
