This radio is pretty clean and has the knobs and a painted dial pointer. The dial pointer moves with both the pushbutton and the tuning knob.
I ship to the lower 48 only unless you are willing to pay for the extra costs for shipping and handling to ship,out side of the lower 48 states. The am fm flip lever is stiff to move. I have not tested this radio.
