I called custom audiosound and they confirmed this is the original radio in box as shipped. Still in box and Styrofoam casing. Found in house vacated. I see that they can be found pretty easily for about 20.

This is a replica radio for Mustang. It does not appear this has ever been installed, however the knobs are missing. Its discontinued and hard to find.
