2. Affordability: Compared to other classic cars, the Studebaker Commander Challenger is generally more affordable, making it an accessible option for many collectors.

3. Unique Features: The car comes equipped with a factory-installed AM radio, known as the "Radio Hawk," which is a desirable feature for many collectors.

Cons of buying a 1964 Studebaker Commander Challenger AC-3473 Lark Radio Hawk:

1. Maintenance Costs: Older cars require more maintenance than newer models, and parts can be expensive or difficult to find.

2. Depreciation: Classic cars can depreciate in value over time, especially if they are not well-maintained or if the market for that particular model is saturated.

3. Limited Usability: Classic cars are not always practical for daily use, as they may not have modern features such as air conditioning, power steering, or safety features.

4. Restoration Costs: If the car needs restoration, the cost can be high, and it may take a significant amount of time and effort to restore it to its original condition.

Conclusion:

The 1964 Studebaker Commander Challenger AC-3473 Lark Radio Hawk is an attractive option for collectors who appreciate vintage design, rarity, and unique features. However, potential buyers should be aware of the maintenance and restoration costs associated with classic cars, as well as the potential for depreciation. Ultimately, whether or not to purchase this car depends on the individual's budget, interests, and goals as a collector.

Recommendation:

If you are interested in purchasing the 1964 Studebaker Commander Challenger AC-3473 Lark Radio Hawk, I would recommend doing thorough research on the car's history, condition, and maintenance needs. It can be helpful to consult with a classic car expert or appraiser to get a better sense of the car's value and potential for appreciation.
