It does power up and the face light works. The face is in good shape, there is a little bit of the 7 missing at the bottom. The hot wire lead has an inline fuse holder in it. There is a bracket on the bottom.
The tone knob in the middle of the face is missing. I didn't try to clean them off, they might even clean up with some steel wool. The control knobs are there, one has a split in it and does come off and each of them have some chips in then around the edges.
The rest of the numbers and letters are in great shape. The chrome on the tuning and on off volume bezels has some light rust on them. Here is a am radio that fits Ford trucks. It has 94BT and the fomoco logo on the side of it.
The red pointer does a full sweep when you turn the tuning knob. Ask any questions. It has been setting around for years, cannot guarantee it to work.
It looks like everything is there, not sure.
