The radio works and plays fine. The complete cabinet was bead blasted before paint, a very clean radio inside and outside it restored. Service included all new capacitors, most Philco tubes, alignment, clutch, the original type vibrator tested, and more. A radio ready to install into your 1936 Ford car with antenna.

Very nice freshly restored 1936 Ford radio super rare seldom seen open car correct compact genuine ash tray original 6 volt positive ground with the self contained loud speaker. This is a very nice example of model radio. Hard to find in this condition ready install and super rare seldom seen. All original covers in place as when new.

Radio has a new finish on the cabinet for looks and protection ,nice. The radio is a Ford Philco super rare model ft-6-s for 1936 open cars and will fit closed cars, it has been restored. This radio receives stations with a good sound and volume like it should. Dial head not included, has the self contained nice large original electromagnetic loud speaker, which a great sound, speaker no cracks, holes, tears, or repairs, very and is correct in every way.

Nice no chip Bakelite tone control knob and the works as it should. Nice decals inside as well. Has its correct original antenna lead and nice end fitting.
