Maybe there is a gasket inside. This came with a Philco radio base. This item came from a restorers offer. The cable insulation is a little worn.

Included is a new set of knobs made by Dennis carpenter. The colors still look good. The knob and cable turn as they should ivory face moves across span. The lens looks like it has slipped a bit.

The wire to radio is cut. The bezel should polish up OK. The lens looks good.

The ivory is not cracked or broken but a little dirty. Satisfaction guaranteed note: I have other parts from the 30's, 40's, 50's, and 60s listed in offers. I cut the bag open for photos. There is only half of the fuse cartridge.

It will need to be restored. The wiring has some bare spots. This radio head is being sold for parts or repair.

The on offs but does not move cable.
