Details:

Philco kit P-462 part number some of the metal parts have surface rust. The plastic knobs were stored in same bag as metal knob races. Fits 46 Cadillac - all model's. The rust from races stained plastic knobs.

What you see is get. I don't know if they could be cleaned, or the knobs would need to replaced. The bezel had very thin chrome and some of copper is showing.
