Volume control switches on and off as it should, even makes the sound when coming being turned. This S-5123 model is a Philco brand radio produced for Studebaker. Facing that truth, I started selling on as a way of making myself productive and useful.

The lettering on glass has come off but is not cracked. This radio is being sold as is, in its current condition.
